She told me that they hung out frequently around the neighborhood; one time she was very drunk and almost passed out (only age 13 or 14) and he walked her home. Then she said he asked her to go somewhere and she did and then he raped her. If you ask me, it did not sound like rape but she says it was and she was so drunk she did not even know what was going on. Then I am listening and just going “right… yeah… oh my god.” My respect and love for her was already gone; only good to keep around and be friends or talk to. She did have a great heart and was kind; never abusive. She just hung on you too much and got anxiety when you left or talked to other girls.
So from what she said, Scott Wilson raped her; led her somewhere and she was nearly passed out. She said she does not even remember and I could not tell who did what. I told her I never liked him anyhow. The odd thing was her mom was a former FBI forensic biologist; maybe involved in rape cases; maybe even a child of WWII. So Scott has the identical personality and is trying the exact same thing as Sean Bin 911. I do not know him and he only says he is a weasel; but from what I know, he is the same way. It appears as if rape is a recurring theme and they always try to put me with a woman who is a rape victim or close to it; some insane psycho drama and past. Ann has been severely affected by lies and this capturing of Red Dragon and this invading force. If so, they tried to do the same thing to her and failed; she was tipped ahead of time and knew. It seems as if it is the same thing and when Rush said it is still up for grabs, then a dead girl shows up at Yale; they really mean up for grabs and Ann approves.
Now the link between Suzi, Amy Baker, and Cassandra; how in the world did they end up in the same house in Falls Church? Cassandra is Spanish and is heavy on the makeup. I would not describe her as pretty; but I would say she has problems with acceptance and low self esteem. Scott began to date her when she was a senior, her last year even if he was two years behind. I had a girl who was two years behind and blonde hair. Cassandra had moved out of her house and had her own place; very private, maybe a sex pad. If she went out with Scott, he broke her in. After high school, she rented the place out (I think). So the house had a lot of girls, some younger and Scott’s age. He probably had that idea and freeloaded or used it to pick up girls; now only her friend; off and on love.
I think with two years remaining; Suzi and Amy dropped out also and moved in with Cassandra. Suzi then got pregnant but I was not around. So they stayed in the area because of school; then dropped out and had to get a GED. That is how Suzi and Amy got mixed up. That may be how Amy ended up down at the beach and in that hotel. That might be why Suzi told me this; she never said who or anything. I did not even know until returning from the US Army in 1993. So he might be shadowing or trailing me. Scott used to want to hang out with me or go drive with Jimmy Chatman and I around town. I stopped hanging with Jimmy as result and Jimmy decided to end the relationship with Scott; I refused to have him in my life. Jimmy was insistent but kept good relations and was a good friend.
I knew Cassandra moved out and had a house full of girls; all paying rent. Then in 1993 I was on R and R and went to Va. Tech to check in on my buddies from elementary school; on the way home went to a mansion 10 people were sharing; like a frat house in Mclean. It consisted of people two or three years older and even three years behind; class of 1986 to 1990; really strange. It was almost like a frat house but no college or just community college. I think that is how Scott and Amy got tangled if what Rush says is true. Scott has a history of rape and I was told he raped my ex poodle. After hearing her, I felt she was promiscuous and could not be trusted, also hiding a hidden past; skeletons in the closet. Rush did not give much details; but he knows quiet a lot. Amy Baker must have went to visit her friends or stopped by that house; maybe they followed her or abducted her, then took her there that fateful night. Back then, there were no gas stations, lights, or an exit ramp there; the next gas station is Lorton and 20 miles South on 95; someone knew that area well. It was the only area you could not get gas if you broke down. You cannot call 911 either; it is a long walk.
He calls it war games and our future political career. First, he has to block my admission or chances of getting into West Point; my brother was accepted into VMI also but opted to stay home and work while college. So they watched my brother and knew he had full acceptance in every military school; I was the most loved and the champion out of a geek family of engineers. Now my only option is labor and to join the unions if I want to get paid. They caused a defection, recruitment, and almost turned a commando into a terrorist; almost. They did pay my family well or direct business to them; such as hiring my sister to work in the White House under Clinton and Bush (Oh, and her first boyfriend was gunned down in an armed robbery in MD.) So they targeted us and were the ones behind all of this insanity in my life; then were lying low from 1989 to 1998 while I hit the books and went at it hard; then walloped me and kidnapped me. I had a 1984 Subaru in 1989 and it broke down in 1989 also; the clutch went and I threw it away before the Army. I had never broken down before.
How Rush knew or how he honed in on 1989 when I only found out after 1993; I do not know. It was just really strange and I recall that night Scott Wilson woke me up standing over me with this face; as if he was a lunatic. He said he had taken four hits of acid and was so wigged out; he is seeing trails. I asked him what he was doing near me and he said he was looking to see who was up at 3am. He did not wake me up; I woke up because I know when someone walks in a room. It is the beach, you crash wherever you can; I chose a balcony chair with a view and a nice breeze. He said I scared him. I think he used some date rape or some drug; maybe even spiked our drinks that night and I woke up on him because he waited until everybody went to bed. It was very strange and I had passed out really early. I also got the impression he was homosexual that night by how he was acting and touching me. Like upstairs, they are psycho and just want to be there; a total predator. They finally made contact in 1999 while I was living with Cassandra Floyd, working full time, and showed some stranger (half-black) from Chicago who lived upstairs in the above apartment. He never said his name, only he was staying with friends and was from Chicago; his parents were rich and owned a restaurant in Chicago; he wanted to go to go-go clubs.

INVESTORS AND ENGINEERING TEAMS INTERESTED IN NEW DESIGN (CAR TRAIN PLANE)

2/25/2009 3:30:49 PM speaking of a new bullet train or design, how about one that is completely elevated off the ground (animals, weather, cars, people, bridges, etc…) that has an overhead rail connected with a ball-bearing like seal, track is magnetic and oiled before arrival to reduce friction automatically (time spray), and has a wing or lift to float (bob and weave according to wing and wind sheers). Now the zero friction and the propulsion allows it to pick up speeds of 200mph and up (almost as fast as a prop plane), nearly zero safety hazards, and can travel from east to west coast in only two days nonstop.
The train is designed to “grab” or float on the rail depending on the physical forces exerted on it and It makes stops only at hubs only (almost like an overhead roller coaster). Designed as a safer and more comfortable ride than the typical 10 hour flight from east coast to west coast; the whole idea is not to use petrol based fuel and the emphasis on cost, speed, and safety. You cannot feel the physical forces of high speed. The rail system today is primitive and has to be upgraded soon. I would love to be the designer of this and the original architect using state of the art computers and remote sensors. Any investors out there wish to join the endeavors?

Also, how can they say the TARP or the Omnibus Bill will work with certain? With certainty we know it will not because it is already proven. 2. The stem cell issue and foreign aid Nancy Reagan is jumping in head and toe over only applies to one region, Africa. Africa is the only region which receives foreign aid now. I have spoken the to the President about single families, welfare reform, and various other topics which cause 40 per cent of blacks to end up in prison and the numbers are progressive. It will get worse and worse so stem cells is horrible; but it only applies to Africa. Obama did not take a consensus and did not consider the market aspects; if he went against this; Africa would be at civil war like the USA. Stem cell research is so insane I do not even want to think about it; the Human Genome Project is much more advanced and has much more gains; it is propaganda. Once they crack the RNA and DNA codes, the stem cell program is useless.

I am convinced that the entire leadership of the Republican Party has to be removed. The events occurring is inexcusable; however, I have already taken steps to get rid of all of them because these spending bills are as bad as government can get. We are dealing with hypocrites who vote for it then speak against it or reverse. The only leadership or forces working on this situation is out of the circle of government. 80 per cent of the Republicans turned out to be a cult follower or a dittohead; so expect a higher proportion with the Republicans. There is plenty of votes to oppose the vast misspending and crime spree. The only way to stop them is to get rid of them and this is not going to happen for another decade. You have to clean house to get rid of this disease and parasite with the liberals. Supporting Obama, the club, is one thing; voting for every spending bill and pork project is another. The Republicans just threw away 2012 by resisting this.

THIS SOUNDS LIKE A MADDOFF AND AN ISRAEL: WHO IS IT RUSH OR SOMEONE ELSE?

We had to take drastic action to prevent terror plots, got hit by it, spent 3 years in jail, and had to craft sneaky or otherwise methods to flush out this problem. How you come up with the conclusion we are guilty or did something wrong when we spent 10 years flushing this threat out. Had they come out in month 1; they would not have any ammo or any complaint about how we flush them out or set them up. That is like an undercover agent selling illegal material and you saying we are trying to sell you illegal material; no, the reason why we sold you the illegal material is we are busting you, get this through your big fat ignorant ass head. You are a domestic nuisance. You immigrate here and we cannot get rid of you from our life, our soil, our budget, our schools, etc… you are a god damn jackass and do not know civil war or social strife. We are not there yet and close (debt) but the military is the authority not your god damn mouth or idiot pride. If you want to choose a side, do so, but do not hide it so we cannot respond. I am sick of you trying to say I am a thief and criminal; when it is you; we caught you red handed and now you are going to be asked to leave or defect.
In these times, you are nothing until the military verifies and authenticate you; trust me; we know how to do our job. You declare yourself conservative, Republican, the good guys, etc… yet there is no authentication and I asked for ID and you ignored so I have all the right to take drastic action to hunt down for capture or killing a terror and communist cell. Being honest and forthright can avoid a lot of these problems. I authenticate you, you are a domestic nuisance and dirt dummy; unless you have the brains then do not flaunt the brawn as you have. I do not want to hear about the flaws or the low quality either; the selfish lack of inward or self introspection or criminalizing this world. If you feel like a hostage or prisoner, say so; but you are not in control and do not test this again. Now either we capture and kill you or you dismantle this terror and communist problem. ANALYSIS OF BARRACK OBAMA (SPEECH ON FEBRUARY 24, 2009) ON THE BUDGET SPENDING PLAN
On 24 February 2009 the 44th makes the most important speech of his life, can he recover after 30 days of flip flopping on pork spending and ramming down the Congress blatant misspending and aimless economic strategies. The tone of the President amide all cheerful applause counteracted or contradicted the stock market numbers, almost 7000 and the guarantee if he socialized or made another misstep it would plummet the next morning. This world has stated clearly they love capitalism; but they know how much they are the victims of bad capitalists or this terror and communist group who enjoys the anger of this world. Is this President, the 44th too weak and with a vocabulary of might? An image not worth the money it is printed on?
Tax cut for all four years of college is a good start. Rewarding those who deserve to be rewarded or the most intelligent in society; less the cost of this same education or false spending is a good start. At least we can sleep with the idea that someone knows what they are doing and can at least explain it. Extending unemployment benefits may blow the budgets of just about every state and locality out there. The 44th needs to consolidate and also use military mentality to mobilize in emergency. It is a giant mess that needs a giant countermeasure; not little small operations here and there to add more costs and expenditures. Refinancing their homes is not a good idea because the price fell out of the bottom of the housing industry. If the interest is 0, maybe over the amortized loan the loss can be recoverable. Again, these measures are worthy but not strong enough. The mere mention of socializing health care or banks is enough to suggest an ongoing waste of time. The first Stimulus Package was a waste of time and these words lacking the actions is also a waste of time.
There was no mention of reducing governments. There was no mention of cutting costs. There was no mention of reversing what the left wing calls a “progressive tax.” These are the worst of times which tries men souls and yet they look outwards and blame those who do all the right things while pardoning those who refuse to. We know this is a fraud because when the economy shrinks and contracts two folds; the progressive tax has to contract two fold also or go away. You cannot have government if the private sector is mismanaged but government imposes the rules which cause a mess and this same mismanagement. Now, they wish to clean it up but the answers are not received willfully or well; this is a total breakdown of trust and the same blatant pathological lying of crooks and criminals who aspire to become world leaders lacking the qualities for such. The power structures in this world have changed and the laws need to change with it.
Why did he wait after a trillion in pork spending to put sanity back in the economy? All the sudden he realizes that people are angry with him and his wiggle room to play with others is shortening. What he should do if he admits the American Recovery and Restoration Act was a mistake is to step down or revoke it. We know these people to mess things up and then either demand a fix or invade with some insane fix which causes the global economy to collapse. Saturating the money market with trillions of bad bank notes is just the tip of the iceberg. A good way to get rid of bad bankers and investment firms is to prosecute them and put an end to their career; forcing them into another career which will not destroy the life of others or require so much honesty and personal responsibility. Do we see any action on this vile and pathological liar of a human breed? Keep in mind, just because they are the government does not mean they act the same way was Enron or any other fraudulent institution. They just call it a different name or tell a different story; they also trash the Constitution and deserve abuse or retaliation.
Our assessment was bleak for the black movement. Civil Rights had run its full course, the level of academic might was dominated by a non-white group, the fastest and biggest economies were in Asia again, and race and racism appeared to be a political hoax and a national strategy to advance socialism or religious immigration. It looked as if real change was coming and an end to the liberal left wing century by burn out or exhaustion. The question was the role of the 44th and the absolute disaster of the 43rd who overcompensated by creating so many nightmare stories, people put their bets on who they hated or despised.
Using health care to cover up a widening racial divide is not a Presidential act and is a messy political tactic. Again, there has to be transparency and a humble need to reduce spending; not a show stopping wallet or the image of one. This mentality is entertaining but it does nothing except pace the jog down the road to socialization. This speech was nothing more than a hybrid of insanity which is a waste of time and does not address the core of the problems. It skips and skims over the top and tries to connect all the corners but misses the core of the problems; it is a fake and a counterfeit speech by another worthless politician and leader. We already know them to be troublemakers, liars, and frauds; there is no need for us to extend our hands out, need they? This bipartisanship and unity is a trick to pull others down and to worsen the problem because the core of the problem and the engine is not being addressed whatsoever. This is not the time for insignificant audacity, acts, or speeches which cause the stock market to nose dive in the sand.
Here is what we are looking for and need. The trick of immigration is easy to understand once you see these people in action or observe them as your kidnappers. The trick is once they come here, it is almost impossible to get rid of them. Once they change history, it is very difficult to rewrite it. Once they change your life or rewrite your biography because they are a weaker breed or an inferior breed; it is very laborious and expensive to fight back. However, when you have an assembly line and an open check to recruit anybody in this world without knowing anything about them or their future; it can become a nightmare. You do not want these people in your life or our life whatsoever because as we have documented; it is nearly impossible to get rid of them or fight them once they kidnap you. They play every trick in the book and play ever fraud imaginable and if you are paranoid enough or unsuspecting of a predator; then they win. Most people do not live life like this or under their watch and leadership; it is they who choose others and do this travesty of justice or evil acts because after they call this nation their home; there are no limits or bounds; they trash the Constitution and feel nobody has a right to exist because they are God and they are in control.

Now, how do you as an individual escape this storm when they trash and refuse to enforce the Constitution? They call it their home and they say they do not have to follow the rules. They claim they are peaceful and blame others when they refuse to address the problem or get out of this country. Is this a problem or just the beginning of the end? Now is this a peaceful human being or one who is testing the souls and sanity of the quality of this world? They are not in power and they are not going to win; must they make this worse? Is this an act of war or are they truly as peaceful and respectable as they claim? Then why will they not get out of the life of others and why must they trash the Constitution while wrecking the life of others and stealing their life savings; then wishing to help with socialism and communism? Did we mention the rate of single moms and the prison population; then how about the cost of keeping this alive and their dreams on ice? Did they not do the math in the first 30 days with the trillion dollars of spending? Now they want to socialize the banks and medical care?
Tax cut for all four years of college is a good start. Rewarding those who deserve to be rewarded or the most intelligent in society; less the cost of this same education or false spending is a good start. At least we can sleep with the idea that someone knows what they are doing and can at least explain it. Extending unemployment benefits may blow the budgets of just about every state and locality out there. The 44th needs to consolidate and also use military mentality to mobilize in emergency. It is a giant mess that needs a giant countermeasure; not little small operations here and there to add more costs and expenditures. Refinancing their homes is not a good idea because the price fell out of the bottom of the housing industry. If the interest is 0, maybe over the amortized loan the loss can be recoverable. Again, these measures are worthy but not strong enough. The mere mention of socializing health care or banks is enough to suggest an ongoing waste of time. The first Stimulus Package was a waste of time and these words lacking the actions is also a waste of time.
There was no mention of reducing governments. There was no mention of cutting costs. There was no mention of reversing what the left wing calls a “progressive tax.” These are the worst of times which tries men souls and yet they look outwards and blame those who do all the right things while pardoning those who refuse to. We know this is a fraud because when the economy shrinks and contracts two folds; the progressive tax has to contract two fold also or go away. You cannot have government if the private sector is mismanaged but government imposes the rules which cause a mess and this same mismanagement. Now, they wish to clean it up but the answers are not received willfully or well; this is a total breakdown of trust and the same blatant pathological lying of crooks and criminals who aspire to become world leaders lacking the qualities for such. The power structures in this world have changed and the laws need to change with it.
Why did he wait after a trillion in pork spending to put sanity back in the economy? All the sudden he realizes that people are angry with him and his wiggle room to play with others is shortening. What he should do if he admits the American Recovery and Restoration Act was a mistake is to step down or revoke it. We know these people to mess things up and then either demand a fix or invade with some insane fix which causes the global economy to collapse. Saturating the money market with trillions of bad bank notes is just the tip of the iceberg. A good way to get rid of bad bankers and investment firms is to prosecute them and put an end to their career; forcing them into another career which will not destroy the life of others or require so much honesty and personal responsibility. Do we see any action on this vile and pathological liar of a human breed? Keep in mind, just because they are the government does not mean they act the same way was Enron or any other fraudulent institution. They just call it a different name or tell a different story; they also trash the Constitution and deserve abuse or retaliation.
Our assessment was bleak for the black movement. Civil Rights had run its full course, the level of academic might was dominated by a non-white group, the fastest and biggest economies were in Asia again, and race and racism appeared to be a political hoax and a national strategy to advance socialism or religious immigration. It looked as if real change was coming and an end to the liberal left wing century by burn out or exhaustion. The question was the role of the 44th and the absolute disaster of the 43rd who overcompensated by creating so many nightmare stories, people put their bets on who they hated or despised.
Using health care to cover up a widening racial divide is not a Presidential act and is a messy political tactic. Again, there has to be transparency and a humble need to reduce spending; not a show stopping wallet or the image of one. This mentality is entertaining but it does nothing except pace the jog down the road to socialization. This speech was nothing more than a hybrid of insanity which is a waste of time and does not address the core of the problems. It skips and skims over the top and tries to connect all the corners but misses the core of the problems; it is a fake and a counterfeit speech by another worthless politician and leader. We already know them to be troublemakers, liars, and frauds; there is no need for us to extend our hands out, need they? This bipartisanship and unity is a trick to pull others down and to worsen the problem because the core of the problem and the engine is not being addressed whatsoever. This is not the time for insignificant audacity, acts, or speeches which cause the stock market to nose dive in the sand.
Here is what we are looking for and need. The trick of immigration is easy to understand once you see these people in action or observe them as your kidnappers. The trick is once they come here, it is almost impossible to get rid of them. Once they change history, it is very difficult to rewrite it. Once they change your life or rewrite your biography because they are a weaker breed or an inferior breed; it is very laborious and expensive to fight back. However, when you have an assembly line and an open check to recruit anybody in this world without knowing anything about them or their future; it can become a nightmare. You do not want these people in your life or our life whatsoever because as we have documented; it is nearly impossible to get rid of them or fight them once they kidnap you. They play every trick in the book and play ever fraud imaginable and if you are paranoid enough or unsuspecting of a predator; then they win. DEAR MR. PRESIDENT EMERGENCY LETTER ON 2-15-2009: PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIR LIFE SAVINGS AND NATION THEY ARE LOSING THEIR LIFE

Either you are the biggest leech on this nation and the economy; or your staff is the most blatant pathological liars this nation has ever witnessed. Our business is war, nothing else. Do not mistake our business with what yours is about. In this climate, we hold the truth cards and we have the trump cards simply because we deserve it and we know how to do our job quite well. I have demonstrated this war fighting ability by asking you for a line item veto; not for my best interest but yours. Your people will suffer and they will greatly on your lies and missteps. So either you are a petty liar or a grand petty tyrant. There is no thought and no answer; no planning no explanation; no worth and no gain.

The housing market will collapse. Trade retaliation will become the order of the day. The banks will revert to more debt and false bank notes. You were not here to support or continue what George Bush lied about; your job and duty is to reverse it when and if you know it. I seem to have loss my mind and panicked by the recent notion we are being attacked again with the 911 matter resurfacing suddenly; is there anything real? Worse, they blamed it on the weather; we can get out of the way of the weather or move out of a flood plane. Terrorism and natural disasters or weather problems is not on the same plane.
Listen to us and me when I tell you our business is warfare. THIS IS SOME LEGAL RETALIATION AND ONGOING BARRAGE OF ATTACKS
1/9/2009 2:27:04 PM Apparently, someone has been trying to make contact to suggest they have a law suit or is trying to encourage “negotiation” of what is owed to them. The name of the law firm is Mullooly, Jeffrey, et al. (4 Bridge Street, Glen Cove NY 11542) and this has to do with the home invasion and the “gay attempts.” Now they are saying they want it badly? I have written them at least five times, indicated we are working on a terror plot, indicated to them legal protections (civilian or active duty service members are protected from all financial obligations until after their service is complete and sent the code and lawyer handling the case), and the court who tried to prosecute the home invasion refused to read the material and tell the law firm what the issue is. Therefore, we must come to the conclusion the upstairs neighbors, the link to Israel, the link to the Clintons, and the link to the terror plots are interweaved and related. This case involves profiteering, terror plots, a political crime spree, and local level corruption; why am I being harassed and summoned to appear by the people behind it? The culprit is the State of New York and it also suggests an inside job or Albany, NY. This also sounds like federal judges or this link with Rush Limbaugh and the Bush Administration.
SIXTH LETTER TO THE COURTS - ASSISTANCE OR REINFORCEMENTS PLEASE?

Dear Hon. Mark Anthony Volante; (c/o Wenty K. Hasely, Court Assistance)
This will be the fifth letter to your court and the fifth time I will refer you to the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding the investigation of a terror plot, local profiteering, a ten year investigation from Washington DC involving the 911 terror plots, corruption, revolving investigation of internal espionage by foreign governments, The State of New York, and various forms of pressure and harassment tactics. I cannot concentrate on this case if you refuse and continue to refuse contact with these parties; the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Buffalo, NY where I have asked for help to substantiate an ongoing investigation. When we close the case and apprehend those behind this; then this case can go forward; but until then we cannot sidetrack and jump on your ending when we have not there yet. What you are doing is trying to stop or end this prosecution and I will refer this case to the FBI with notice to them of a sixth letter to indicate the following.
1. An emergency situation and a national security crisis involving a terror plot
2. The involvement with and of the FBI which I am in communication with
3. Your refusal to suspend the intimidation or attempt to assault and harass myself in the past two years hindering this investigation; I have had to spend over 16 months in your court room for futile and trivial matters while not being able to express a severe problem on your end and my wishes to refer you to a federal prosecutor and the office of the FBI
4. My involvement in this is protected by any and all prosecutions relating to financial burdens; most especially when they are the cause of them or my service is used to prosecute and arrest a terror plot. You cannot keep sending me intimidating letters while we are interrogating and auditing those who are suspects in both a terror plot, 911, and twenty years of investigative work. You must stop or check with the protections of those who are engaged in this effort. You push and harass in a manner to suggest you wish some communication pertaining to this case or wish to block it, sidetrack it, or refuse to abide by the protection clauses I have indicated. This will be the sixth letter and you are not convincing we are close to making an arrest and solving this case.
This will be the sixth letter and while this is a federal case which has utmost jurisdiction; the same material must be sent to you every two months to ask you to contact the FBI or to suspend the pressures so that active or civilian personnel who are working with or for the government can prosecute those behind this terror plot and espionage effort. We are experts on this matter and exceed the talents of the FBI office in Buffalo, NY but you refuse to acknowledge or at least check with either them or a lawyer who is handling this case, Ann Coulter. The federal prosecutor for this case is Ann Coulter and if there is some information you need or wish to subpoena, she will be the contact until the case is closed. It is of utmost National Security and the jurisdiction is beyond what you are trying to instigate here. If you wish to communicate or present evidence to this particular case or terror plot, then please write it out in a clear and concise manner; which will aid in the arrest and prosecution of those behind it.
It does not seem as if you wish to listen to anyone or wish to stop the constant court order to delay, stop, sidetrack, or implicate guilt on those who are working on this. we must refer you to the office of the FBI to ask if you can politely stop until this case is concluded and to not constantly disrupt it with home invasions, court orders, request for money and funds, thousands of dollars in bond or bail, etc… it seems as though there is no stopping this and the pressure to end this investigation of a terror plot. There is a scare tactic every two months for the past two years and along with one home invasion which the FBI Buffalo office is investigating. If this is about corruption, please contact the FBI office; we cannot taint the other cases.
This is the sixth letter to address your “court orders” which is not powerful enough to stop this investigation or the prosecution and conclusion of it. at the same time, this has to be worrying enough to seek priority over a terror plot, further terror plot, and protections indicated in the last five letters to the court. As a former or active military personnel; we are sometimes gagged with the inability to explain in detail but refer you to the protection clauses in the third, fourth, and fifth letter. There is a federal law which clearly must be obeyed and it is there to protect against this sort of harassment and pressure. Please refer to letters three, four, and five and contact the FBI Buffalo office as I will ask them to substantiate an ongoing investigation and my involvement in it. I have contacted them for help and assistance in this matter and also indicated the horrific treatment we have gotten trying to defend the country and the constant harassment by hostile or corrupt forces involved. There are protections and this constant “tic for tat” and “back and forth” must stop while we focus on more important and life or death matters. This is a life or death matter and none of the protections have even been considered by this court. Your actions are bizarre if not irrational.
I will forward this letter to the FBI office Buffalo and ask them to refer you to a point of contact to assist in the matter; it is a matter of life and death. These protections are there for a reason, the Constitution is there also for a reason, please stop using it as a door mat to harass others or prevent a terror plot from escaping; to resolve this and seek prosecution, and we must preserve all evidence. Anything in the past ten years is evidence and forensics to a terror plot. We have submitted all evidence to the FBI and all federal prosecutors on this case including the harassment and home invasion incidences, if they are related or interwoven. We must stop checking in with this court as it is not a life and death situation but we must explain in detail and reveal aspects of this terror plot which can be detrimental to the final result.
Beyond the FBI and the protections indicated; we do not know what else will satisfy you; this is the sixth letter and it is a hostile effort for some reason yet known. We cannot conclude your case until the federal terror case is completed and resolved. We are working with the FBI and others on it. I am military personnel and am protected by the provisions of letter three, four and five. Why is this matter seeking priority over a life and death situation and one of national security? What are you trying to communicate so relevant to this case which we must ignore or stop in our tracks about? The following is clear and concise, yet the court is unable to understand it for some reason. Therefore, you must refer to the FBI office for a full explanation and a further education on how this federal clause is applied to terror plots and those investigating it.
On December 19, 2003, the President of the United States signed into law H.R. 100, the Service members Civil Relief Act. This law completely rewrites the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act of 1940, expanding many of the previous law's civil protections.
For the purposes of this Act:
(1) SERVICEMEMBER- The term `service member' means a member of the uniformed services, as that term is defined in section 101(a)(5) of title 10, United States Code.
(2) MILITARY SERVICE- The term `military service' means--
(A) in the case of a service member who is a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard--
(i) Active duty, as defined in section 101(d) (1) of title 10, United States Code, and
(ii) in the case of a member of the National Guard, includes service under a call to active service authorized by the President or the Secretary of Defense for a period of more than 30 consecutive days under section 502(f) of title 32, United States Code, for purposes of responding to a national emergency declared by the President and supported by Federal funds;
(B) in the case of a service member who is a commissioned officer of the Public Health Service or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, active service; and
(C) Any period during which a service member is absent from duty on account of sickness, wounds, leave, or other lawful cause.
(3) PERIOD OF MILITARY SERVICE- The term `period of military service' means the period beginning on the date on which a service member enters military service and ending on the date on which the service member is released from military service or dies while in military service.
(4) DEPENDENT- The term `dependent', with respect to a service member, means--
(A) The service member’s spouse;
(B) The service member’s child (as defined in section 101(4) of title 38, United States Code); or
(C) An individual for whom the service member provided more than one-half of the individual's support for 180 days immediately preceding an application for relief under this Act.
(5) COURT- The term `court' means a court or an administrative agency of the United States or of any State (including any political subdivision of a State), whether or not a court or administrative agency of record.
(6) STATE- The term `State' includes--
(A) A commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States; and
(B) The District of Columbia.
(7) SECRETARY CONCERNED- The term `Secretary concerned'--
(A) with respect to a member of the armed forces, has the meaning given that term in section 101(a)(9) of title 10, United States Code;
(B) with respect to a commissioned officer of the Public Health Service, means the Secretary of Health and Human Services; and
(C) With respect to a commissioned officer of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, means the Secretary of Commerce.
(8) MOTOR VEHICLE- The term `motor vehicle' has the meaning given that term in section 30102(a)(6) of title 49, United States Code.
The frustration of the matter has caused this to be referred to the FBI office so that line by line explanation and months of legal jockeying can be educational to the same end or result; we are working on a revolving case, the evidence must be preserved, it has all priority above any other case, and there are protections to ensure this is enforced and faithfully abided. Being the sixth letter, the poor quality of work and the legal ignorance must be referred to the FBI; there comes a point where we have to let people with more authority deal with life and death matters while those who are hostile reverse the effort. Being the sixth letter, it is clear the FBI must be contacted to explain what a terror plot is, what life and death is, what military personnel means, why protections are needed, and what to expect from federal authorities on this case. The frustration of having a home invasion and being arrested, having to dish out thousands in bond, and constant harassment and bickering; all has to be referred to the FBI Buffalo office. This will be the fifth letter to your court and the fifth time I will refer you to the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding the investigation of a terror plot, local profiteering, a ten year investigation from Washington DC involving the 911 terror plots, corruption, revolving investigation of internal espionage by foreign governments, The State of New York, and various forms of pressure and harassment tactics. I cannot concentrate on this case if you refuse and continue to refuse contact with these parties; the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Buffalo, NY where I have asked for help to substantiate an ongoing investigation. When we close the case and apprehend those behind this; then this case can go forward; but until then we cannot sidetrack and jump on your ending when we have not there yet. What you are doing is trying to stop or end this prosecution and I will refer this case to the FBI with notice to them of a sixth letter to indicate the following.
1. An emergency situation and a national security crisis involving a terror plot
2. The involvement with and of the FBI which I am in communication with
3. Your refusal to suspend the intimidation or attempt to assault and harass myself in the past two years hindering this investigation; I have had to spend over 16 months in your court room for futile and trivial matters while not being able to express a severe problem on your end and my wishes to refer you to a federal prosecutor and the office of the FBI
4. My involvement in this is protected by any and all prosecutions relating to financial burdens; most especially when they are the cause of them or my service is used to prosecute and arrest a terror plot. You cannot keep sending me intimidating letters while we are interrogating and auditing those who are suspects in both a terror plot, 911, and twenty years of investigative work. You must stop or check with the protections of those who are engaged in this effort. You push and harass in a manner to suggest you wish some communication pertaining to this case or wish to block it, sidetrack it, or refuse to abide by the protection clauses I have indicated. This will be the sixth letter and you are not convincing we are close to making an arrest and solving this case.
This will be the sixth letter and while this is a federal case which has utmost jurisdiction; the same material must be sent to you every two months to ask you to contact the FBI or to suspend the pressures so that active or civilian personnel who are working with or for the government can prosecute those behind this terror plot and espionage effort. We are experts on this matter and exceed the talents of the FBI office in Buffalo, NY but you refuse to acknowledge or at least check with either them or a lawyer who is handling this case, Ann Coulter. The federal prosecutor for this case is Ann Coulter and if there is some information you need or wish to subpoena, she will be the contact until the case is closed. It is of utmost National Security and the jurisdiction is beyond what you are trying to instigate here. If you wish to communicate or present evidence to this particular case or terror plot, then please write it out in a clear and concise manner; which will aid in the arrest and prosecution of those behind it.
It does not seem as if you wish to listen to anyone or wish to stop the constant court order to delay, stop, sidetrack, or implicate guilt on those who are working on this. we must refer you to the office of the FBI to ask if you can politely stop until this case is concluded and to not constantly disrupt it with home invasions, court orders, request for money and funds, thousands of dollars in bond or bail, etc… it seems as though there is no stopping this and the pressure to end this investigation of a terror plot. There is a scare tactic every two months for the past two years and along with one home invasion which the FBI Buffalo office is investigating. If this is about corruption, please contact the FBI office; we cannot taint the other cases.
This is the sixth letter to address your “court orders” which is not powerful enough to stop this investigation or the prosecution and conclusion of it. at the same time, this has to be worrying enough to seek priority over a terror plot, further terror plot, and protections indicated in the last five letters to the court. As a former or active military personnel; we are sometimes gagged with the inability to explain in detail but refer you to the protection clauses in the third, fourth, and fifth letter. There is a federal law which clearly must be obeyed and it is there to protect against this sort of harassment and pressure. Please refer to letters three, four, and five and contact the FBI Buffalo office as I will ask them to substantiate an ongoing investigation and my involvement in it. I have contacted them for help and assistance in this matter and also indicated the horrific treatment we have gotten trying to defend the country and the constant harassment by hostile or corrupt forces involved. There are protections and this constant “tic for tat” and “back and forth” must stop while we focus on more important and life or death matters. This is a life or death matter and none of the protections have even been considered by this court. Your actions are bizarre if not irrational.
I will forward this letter to the FBI office Buffalo and ask them to refer you to a point of contact to assist in the matter; it is a matter of life and death. These protections are there for a reason, the Constitution is there also for a reason, please stop using it as a door mat to harass others or prevent a terror plot from escaping; to resolve this and seek prosecution, and we must preserve all evidence. Anything in the past ten years is evidence and forensics to a terror plot. We have submitted all evidence to the FBI and all federal prosecutors on this case including the harassment and home invasion incidences, if they are related or interwoven. We must stop checking in with this court as it is not a life and death situation but we must explain in detail and reveal aspects of this terror plot which can be detrimental to the final result.
Beyond the FBI and the protections indicated; we do not know what else will satisfy you; this is the sixth letter and it is a hostile effort for some reason yet known. We cannot conclude your case until the federal terror case is completed and resolved. We are working with the FBI and others on it. I am military personnel and am protected by the provisions of letter three, four and five. Why is this matter seeking priority over a life and death situation and one of national security? What are you trying to communicate so relevant to this case which we must ignore or stop in our tracks about? The following is clear and concise, yet the court is unable to understand it for some reason. Therefore, you must refer to the FBI office for a full explanation and a further education on how this federal clause is applied to terror plots and those investigating it.
On December 19, 2003, the President of the United States signed into law H.R. 100, the Service members Civil Relief Act. This law completely rewrites the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act of 1940, expanding many of the previous law's civil protections.
For the purposes of this Act:
(1) SERVICEMEMBER- The term `service member' means a member of the uniformed services, as that term is defined in section 101(a)(5) of title 10, United States Code.
(2) MILITARY SERVICE- The term `military service' means--
(A) in the case of a service member who is a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard--
(i) Active duty, as defined in section 101(d) (1) of title 10, United States Code, and
(ii) in the case of a member of the National Guard, includes service under a call to active service authorized by the President or the Secretary of Defense for a period of more than 30 consecutive days under section 502(f) of title 32, United States Code, for purposes of responding to a national emergency declared by the President and supported by Federal funds;
(B) in the case of a service member who is a commissioned officer of the Public Health Service or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, active service; and
(C) Any period during which a service member is absent from duty on account of sickness, wounds, leave, or other lawful cause.
(3) PERIOD OF MILITARY SERVICE- The term `period of military service' means the period beginning on the date on which a service member enters military service and ending on the date on which the service member is released from military service or dies while in military service.
(4) DEPENDENT- The term `dependent', with respect to a service member, means--
(A) The service member’s spouse;
(B) The service member’s child (as defined in section 101(4) of title 38, United States Code); or
(C) An individual for whom the service member provided more than one-half of the individual's support for 180 days immediately preceding an application for relief under this Act.
(5) COURT- The term `court' means a court or an administrative agency of the United States or of any State (including any political subdivision of a State), whether or not a court or administrative agency of record.
(6) STATE- The term `State' includes--
(A) A commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States; and
(B) The District of Columbia.
(7) SECRETARY CONCERNED- The term `Secretary concerned'--
(A) with respect to a member of the armed forces, has the meaning given that term in section 101(a)(9) of title 10, United States Code;
(B) with respect to a commissioned officer of the Public Health Service, means the Secretary of Health and Human Services; and
(C) With respect to a commissioned officer of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, means the Secretary of Commerce.
(8) MOTOR VEHICLE- The term `motor vehicle' has the meaning given that term in section 30102(a)(6) of title 49, United States Code.
The frustration of the matter has caused this to be referred to the FBI office so that line by line explanation and months of legal jockeying can be educational to the same end or result; we are working on a revolving case, the evidence must be preserved, it has all priority above any other case, and there are protections to ensure this is enforced and faithfully abided. Being the sixth letter, the poor quality of work and the legal ignorance must be referred to the FBI; there comes a point where we have to let people with more authority deal with life and death matters while those who are hostile reverse the effort. Being the sixth letter, it is clear the FBI must be contacted to explain what a terror plot is, what life and death is, what military personnel means, why protections are needed, and what to expect from federal authorities on this case.
